A fresh voice from the desert southwest

 Tashi Trueheart (it’s a family name, believe it) grew up in the mountains of Colorado. They are inspired by the intense landscapes that they have called home. Tashi’s music explores themes of loss, longing, and the mysteries of where time, movement, death and re-ecounters take us. 

A winding road brought Tashi home to the folk/Americana tradition, inspired by the likes of Gillian Welch, Townes Van Zandt, Sarah Jarosz and Bonnie Raitt, to name a few.

Tashi’s debut EP and singles have been enthusiastically received by a growing fanbase who appreciate their unique voice and lyrical style. Their words and clear, warm voice silence a full room with ease and their stage presence is familiar and charming. 

Tashi will be hitting the road more in 2026 to spread their music beyond the sold out shows in Colorado towns.  Look out for Tashi T in Southern California and Europe and the UK!
